Tasks
The Collabit Journey
From idea to launch.
One simple path moves you forward. Collabit handles the complexity underneath — so the surface stays incredibly simple.
IDEA
Start with what you want to create — a business, event, campaign, product, photoshoot, creative project, book, brand, or simply the beginning of an idea. Collabit and AI help organize the idea and determine what people, vendors, services, and resources may be needed.
DISCOVER
Find the people, businesses, vendors, services, and resources that could help bring the idea to life — powered by the Collabit network and AI-assisted research.
CONNECT
Start the conversation directly from Collabit. Collabit quietly remembers who you contacted, when, what happened, and what's next — always private to you.
COLLAB
Decide to work with someone? Invite them to officially COLLAB. This creates or adds them to the project's private shared workspace.
CREATE
Work together in a shared workspace — vision board, team, chat, files, tasks, calendar, agreements, deliverables, and AI assistance. Creative, visual, and alive.
LAUNCHPARTY
The celebration when your COLLAB reaches the world — a business launches, a product releases, a campaign goes live, an event happens. You made it. 🎉
