By accessing or using Collab It ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You may use Collab It for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to store, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Collab It. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
When you invite others to collaborate on your projects, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content within those collaborations. Collab It is not responsible for disputes between collaborators.
Certain features of Collab It require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.
